LISA YANG offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. We strive to make your return process as seamless as the luxury cashmere we provide.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original branded boxes and include all original tags and documentation before sealing the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
